Raman Srivastava is Executive Vice-President and Global Chief Investment Officer for Great West Lifeco. He was appointed in July, 2017. Raman oversees investment teams in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. He leads aglobal team of investment professionals in setting strategic direction and delivering investment results across a diverse global investment platform, including the insurance General Accounts and third-party funds. Raman has 20 years’ experience in the investment industry, most recently as Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Manager Director of Global Fixed Income for Mellon Asset Management based in Boston. For over a decade prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at Putnam Investments. Raman earned a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. Raman is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.

Mr. Hsu joined DoubleLine at its inception in 2009. He is a portfolio manager for the DoubleLine Total Return and ABS/Infrastructure Income strategies. Mr. Hsu is a permanent member of the Fixed Income Asset Allocation and Structured Product Committees. Prior to that, he was responsible for analysis and trading of structured products where his focus included Residential MBS and ABS transactions.Mr. Hsu’s responsibilities have also included structuring and negotiating terms on new issue transactions and forming strategic partnerships with issuing entities in order to participate in key transactions. Prior to DoubleLine, he worked at TCW, where he focused on credit analysis for structured product securities and co-managed two structured product funds focusing on debt and equity investments. During this time, Mr. Hsu was actively involved with portfolio management decisions and investment analysis, including reverse engineering complex CDO/CLO structures. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California and is a CFA® charterholder.

Eric Kirsch joined Aflac in November 2011 as first senior vice president; global chief investment officer and was promoted to executive vice president in July 2012. In January 2018, Eric’s role expanded, and he was named president of Aflac Global Investments, the asset management subsidiary of Aflac Incorporated. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s investment efforts including Aflac’s investment portfolio and its investment teams in the United States and Japan. Throughout his career, Eric has been responsible for the full array of investment grade and high yield fixed income strategies, money markets, loans, municipals, equities and alternatives. Eric received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College in 1984 and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University in 1988. He earned his CFA designation in 1990. Eric also serves as a trustee of the Jersey Shore University Medical Center Foundation and the Baruch College Fund, and is on the board of Kuvare.
