Pawel Mosakowski is a portfolio manager, trader and a risk manager. He has spent over 15 years in the institutional fixed income business and is a Founder and Managing Principal at Summit Place Advisers LLC, a consulting platform advising clients on issues related to investment processes and risk management. Most recently Pawel was a Senior Portfolio Advisor at MassMutual Investment Management and prior to that he managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio at Deutsche Bank’s Credit Portfolio Strategies Group. Pawel successfully navigated the portfolio throughout the financial crisis and beyond and under his leadership DB CPSG was awarded Risk Magazine’s Credit Portfolio Manager of the Year distinction three times. Pawel earned his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and previously studied Mechanical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Park Benjamin is a sector leader overseeing the Energy and Basic Materials sectors for MetLife Investment Management’s (MIM) Public Fixed Income global credit research team. Park has been with MIM since 2012, originally joining MetLife in 2001 as a credit research associate. Prior to MIM, Park worked with the fixed income team at State Street Global Advisors and has 24 years of buyside experience.

Nikita Singhal is the Co-Head of Sustainable Investment and ESG at Lazard Asset Management. Nikita oversees the firm’s ESG integration strategy. She works closely with analysts and portfolio managers to enhance their investment processes and on launching new strategies. She co-chairs the firm’s ESG Steering Group and sits on the firm’s Proxy Voting Committee. She also leads client engagement and thought leadership on ESG topics. Previously, Nikita worked on the Sustainability Leaders Fund at ClearBridge Investments, covering renewable energy and other high sustainability companies while also helping execute on the firm’s overall ESG strategy. Prior to that, she was a Director at the Heron Foundation where she was focused on deploying and managing their $300mm endowment across asset classes. She has also worked at IFC’s (World Bank Group) infrastructure private equity group and started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Nikita holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is an executive board member of CECP’s CEO Investor Forum and Bloomberg’s ESG Advisory group. She is also an emeritus board member of the Human Impacts Institute, a non-profit organization aimed at using arts and culture to inspire environmental action for social good.

Kashif Siddiqui, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer at CRICO who has over 20 years of Investment and Financial Management experience working in multinational firms, including MetLife and Marsh & McLennan. Experiences in investment include portfolio management, asset liability management, strategy and asset allocation, and selection of investment managers. In financial management, Mr. Siddiqui has been involved in managing foreign exchange risk, cash flows, investment valuations, and funding of operating entities.

James joined Principal Global Fixed Income in 2014, bringing over twenty years of fixed income experience, with knowledge across a spectrum of municipal strategies. During his career, he had particular emphasis on lower investment grade and high yield municipals and has been recognized by Lipper Analytical for best in class municipal bond fund performance, including high yield tax exempts. James previously served as a senior portfolio manager at Castleton Partners, and at Standish Mellon Asset Management where he managed over $10 billion in tax exempt and taxable portfolios. James received a BA in economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Prior to joining LCP in 2007, he was the director of research for the fixed income team at Delaware Investments. Prior to joining Delaware Investments, Brian served as a research analyst for Conseco Capital Management’s fixed income group, specializing in paper, forest products, chemicals, and special situations regarding distressed debt analysis. He has 23 years of industry experience. Brian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Colgate University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
